Forsyth County Behavioral Health Services and Salem College are partnering to collect data on mental health and suicide stigma in Forsyth County. As a community member of Forsyth County, your participation will help the researchers better understand the perception people living in the community have about mental health issues and stigma surrounding suicide. The survey consists of 25 questions pertaining to community needs and attitudes regarding suicide and behavioral health in Forsyth County. The data gathered from the survey will help determine if any strategies are needed to address suicide and mental health in our community. The results of the survey will be reported to the public.
