Housing report is available

The 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Federal Fiscal Year 2024 is available for public preview through September 19, 2025.

The CAPER is the Winston-Salem/Forsyth Housing Consortium's annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This report describes progress in carrying out the Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 and provides an assessment of progress towards attaining the goals outlined in the five-year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. This report covers the second year of the 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan.
