Rockin' Robotics: Lego Mindstorms and Ozobots

Do you like tinkering and building with technology? Mark your calendars for Ozobots and Lego Mindstorms!

If you think Lego's are cool, wait till you try Lego Mindstorms at the Central Library on October 13th at 4:00 pm, in the Makerspace. Parents, bring your children between ages of 10 and up so they can learn hands-on about robotics, math, and programming all while building mini-robots.

And have you ever wondered how a robot learns to move? An Ozobot is a smart robot that can follow lines or roam around freely, detect colors, and can be programmed using visual codes. Ozobots can play on paper or on a tablet. Parents, bring your children between the ages of 7-12 so they, too, can learn hands-on about robotics, math and programming, and have fun playing with mini-robots. Join us in the Makerspace at Central Library Tuesday, September 26th, October 10th and October 24th at 3:00-4:30 pm.
