supported by a third-party company, BIS. If you are having problems using the ROD
online record lookup, please do not call the Register of Deeds office, but instead
call the BIS support line at (866) 604-3680.
A lookup web portal for Forsyth County documents makes title and
real estate-related searches easier and more comprehensive. The free public website
replaces the pay-to-search website previously provided by a third-party vendor.

back to 1973 for images and to 1849 for Deeds and Indexes. Forsyth County is the
fourth largest county in North Carolina with a population of over 343,000.
