Forsyth 4-H'er Wins Inaugural Tree Contest - 22 May 2018

The three Forsyth County 4-H'ers that entered the video contest were Victoria Richardson, Lily Knepp and the contest winner, Alex Arrowood. The prizes were presented by Mindy Hidenfeler of the NC Urban Forest Council and one of the Board members, High Point City Planner, Andy Piper on Arbor Day. Alex said, "I enjoyed making the video and was blown away by the number of people who voted each day." The three are a member of the Nature Environmental Science Team or N.E.S.T. 4-H Club whose focus is Forestry and Wildlife.
