Appointments

Open Access/Same-Day Appointment scheduling (for exams/evaluations, treatments and HIV-only testing) call 336-703-3324.

The Open Access phone line opens at 7:30 am daily. This line closes when all appointments have been scheduled for the day. Calling as early as possible to schedule a physical examination will increase your chance of getting an appointment on the same day.
