Web On Wheels is our highly interactive mobile library service. We bring mobile library services and programs conveniently to our resident's doors.
Children's Outreach Services provides library materials, programs and access to computer services to children and families who identify as non-traditional library users. Daycare, homecare providers, and children who attend public school and after school programs are considered in their standard
Adult Outreach Services offers special library services to adult residents, those who identify with able and different impairments along with individuals who are considered homebound.
Multicultural Outreach Services delivers each of the services indicated by the other Outreach divisions, across all audience levels with a focus on services to non-English speakers residing in the Forsyth County community.

Residents that are confined temporarily or long-term do not have to miss out on their next read with our Homebound service.
With a growing community, we provide bilingual programs and library materials for children, teens and adults. Look out for the Bibliobus in your neighborhood.

Outreach Environment/Safety Requirements for Services
Outreach and Homebound services are run by a small yet dedicated staff and their safety is extremely important to us. All customers seeking outreach and homebound services must be able to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure safe and appropriate conditions for our staff members. Some examples of an unsafe conditions include, but are not limited to:
If a staff member must leave the site due to concerns about their safety, they will notify the Outreach Diversity and Inclusion Manager and the Library Director. Service will be suspended until the issues reported are resolved.
