Join us at the Carver School Road Branch Library on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 3:00 pm for a lively discussion on "Critical Literacy: Hip Hop, Youth and Culture in the 21st Century" presented by Dr. Corey D.B. Walker, of Winston Salem State University. The program will center around how hip hop has moved from being "urban," to becoming a global influence.
