Adult Day Care / Adult Day Health Services
Adult Day Care/Adult Day Health Services are provided by licensed adult day centers.
Adult Day Care services include a variety of program activities designed to meet
the needs and interests of the participants; supervision by staff, nutritious meals
and snacks. In addition, Adult Day Health Services provide participants assistance
with activities of daily living including feeding, ambulating, or toileting, health
care monitoring of general health and medical regimen.
DSS Social Workers provide case management to participants receiving financial assistance
from the Social Services Block Grant.
