Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic
The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential examinations, diagnostic
testing, and treatment of STDs (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and others).
HIV counseling and testing is also offered to clients who are seen in the
For all testing (including HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea), clients will
be contacted if a test result is positive for the infection.
Who is Eligible
Anyone with concerns suggestive of a sexually transmitted disease or contact with
an STD. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to
visit this clinic. A photo ID is required.
There is no charge for these services.
Open Access/Same-Day Appointment scheduling (for exams/evaluations, treatments and
HIV-only testing) call 336-703-3324.
The Open Access phone line opens at 7:30 am daily. This line closes when all appointments
have been scheduled for the day. Calling as early as possible to schedule a physical
examination will increase your chance of getting an appointment on the same day.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:15 am - 11:45 am & 12:45 pm – 4:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 11:45 am & 12:45 pm – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:15 am – 12:00 pm
In the event of inclement weather clinics will operate on a walk-in basis (first come, first serve)
